As a Sales Engineer, you will work alongside the Sales Manager to process sales opportunities and quote requests. You'll create sales estimates, communicate pricing information to customers, and coordinate sales orders. Through frequent collaboration with Production, Quality, and Business Administration departments, you'll gain deep insight into Marten Machining's manufacturing capabilities while developing high-level knowledge of advanced manufacturing.
What You'll Do
You will be a frontline participant in the revenue generation process, matching customer requirements and expectations to the right fit of Marten Machining's manufacturing capabilities—all while meeting the organization's business goals.
As a Sales Engineer, you'll lead process research activities, reaching out to vendors to understand manufacturing and material requirements and defining the best methods to achieve optimal results.
When problems arise or customers change requirements, you'll take a hands-on approach—coordinating communication across teams and ensuring no details get missed.
What we are seeking
- Technical Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering or manufacturing field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experienced organizational, planning, and resource management skills.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes, machining technology, and metrology applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at an individual and group level.
- Proficiency in using computers and software in daily job functions, (ERP, Microsoft Programs, Adobe Acrobat, and CAD software).

We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment and facility systems running at full strength. The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work from the direction of the Production Manager and Production Supervisors, and get hands-on with production and facility equipment to keep it performing at its best. From routine preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, you'll be the person who gets things back up and running — and keeps them that way.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine, planned, and emergency maintenance and repair on production and facility equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify issues before they become outages
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and operational disruptions, minimizing downtime
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Business Administration departments to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational resilience
- Source and identify replacement parts, manage vendor communications, and track open work orders through to resolution
- Schedule and oversee on-site work performed by third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and on time
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across the facility
What we are seeking
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or maintenance position preferred.
- Demonstrates mechanical aptitude for diverse systems and mechanisms.
- Understanding of basic CNC equipment operation.
- Responsible and reliable with high attention to detail.

As a Machinist at Marten Machining, you will be involved in many manufacturing processes. Your number one responsibility will be setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts meeting customer specifications. Machinists verify their work by completing in-process inspection measurements and utilizing support from our Quality department and Metrology Lab. Machinists take ownership of their steps in the production process and are entrusted with striving for continual improvement. Our culture is focused on producing complex precision parts with highly technical requirements for global applications, which ensures a continually engaging work experience.
What we are seeking:
- Passion for machining and attention to detail
- Craftmanship in work
- Associate degree, or technical diploma in manufacturing related field, preferred
- Previous machining experience is beneficial but not required
- Competence in use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, dial indicators)
- Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts
- Commitment to continual improvement
- High personal standards of focus and discipline
- Ability to accurately document processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
