Our team consists of highly trained individuals with years of experience who are always looking for new ways to innovate. These team members share their knowledge and expertise with new employees and youth apprentices to help develop their unique skillsets. We provide our team with continuous training, either on the job, in classrooms, or on-site at manufacturers in Germany.
With our planned expansion into a new facility we are looking to add more individuals to our team. We seek to mentor individuals through in-house recruiting and through our partnerships with local area high schools and technical colleges. In doing so we have the opportunity to recognize a students’ potential and to work closely with them to develop their strengths into a career by:
- Offering Youth Apprenticeships to area high school students
- Participating in Mid-State Technical College’s Sponsor-a-Scholar Program.
- Partnering with regional technical colleges – Northcentral Technical College and Mid-State Technical College – hiring students and graduates. Our President, Alan Marten, serves on the Advisory board for the machine tool programs at both colleges.
- Offering summer internships to manufacturing and engineering students from all over Wisconsin.
These students, recent graduates, and individuals who are already established in the industry is what makes our team diverse and innovative.
