We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment and facility systems running at full strength. The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work from the direction of the Production Manager and Production Supervisors, and get hands-on with production and facility equipment to keep it performing at its best. From routine preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, you'll be the person who gets things back up and running — and keeps them that way.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine, planned, and emergency maintenance and repair on production and facility equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify issues before they become outages
  • Respond quickly to equipment failures and operational disruptions, minimizing downtime
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Business Administration departments to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational resilience
  • Source and identify replacement parts, manage vendor communications, and track open work orders through to resolution
  • Schedule and oversee on-site work performed by third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and on time
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across the facility

What we are seeking

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or maintenance position preferred.
  • Demonstrates mechanical aptitude for diverse systems and mechanisms.
  • Understanding of basic CNC equipment operation.
  • Responsible and reliable with high attention to detail.
